Default Help, need advice on low mileage 92 Coupe

I am usually in the C5 section, but ran across a 1992 Coupe, LT1, 6 speed with 39k miles. The car is immaculate inside and out, no paintwork and fully serviced. It is a 3 owner car....the only downside is the color (imo) which is the aqua green. What is this car worth....I am not up to date on the C4 market and am trying to do some research to put a number on this car.

Thanks in advance!!!!!!!

I've got a 92 with just 40K on the clock only in dk met.red. The car is perfect inside and out; never rained on; a true garage queen. I've been the only owner. I turned down $14K a year ago. Just to give you a comparsion.

This doesnt answer your question- maybe it does....

I am selling a 1993 Black Corvette Convertible with 39,000 mi-auto- excellent-- tell me what do you think a car like mine would be worth?

To answer your question- I did a quick check and saw 1992 low mileage coupes anywheres from $15,000 - $18,000--- honestly I am trying to get $20,000- based on it being a black convertible what do you think? Also a quick suggestion- you may want to call Mikes Corvettes in Orange COunty and ask them if the color green affects the cars value vs. red or black? Neil Stiller nsnla@sbcglobal.net

As difficult as this may be to believe, not everyone is enamored with a C5 hardtop. Can't argue performance but styling is very different. And to some extent, the C4 is a bit less "electronic/computer controlled" which means a bit easier for the average owner to work on.

I just sold my 92 Coupe in late March with 39K miles for $14,500. It was an AT but was in immaculate condition. I would say if the one you are looking at is in good condition, has a good history, no body work, and good tires with at least 50% you should be in the $13.5 to $15K range.

Good luck!

Thanks everyone!!!! I bought it. I havent decided whether or not to keep it...but the car is an absolute gem. It's up for sale, $14,500...if I can turn it over to someone who loves that color its theirs....the color just doesnt do it for me, but I couldnt pass up a car this clean. Let me know if anyone wants pics, details, etc...
