Default FS '92 vert auto Black Rose w/42K

(Tucson,AZ)

It's a 92 black rose vert with tan top for sale with 42k NOT a salvage. My drunk aunt wrecked my uncle's c4 vert about a week ago. The passenger side skid down their hill from the dumb b**** not puting up the parking brake or somes*** and ripping into a tree. The passenger side from what I understand, the door etc and outside are all torn up. Three rims are shot so the rims are out. But apparently everything else is in tact/good shape. Lt1 w/ approx 42k engine in tact no damage, rear's ok, front and hood in tact/excellent shape. ECM seems in tact and no electrical problems showing. (He drove it home). He also just recently had the brakes redone(Only flaw in new brakes is they can't account for idiocy of a drunk woman driver let alone any ). So new front and rear door boots, rims and a repaint, and you've pretty much got yourself a primo ride. It's not salvage or anything like that. He just got a bulls*** quote from the Chevy Dealer to fix the side which was 11 grand so he got the insurance cash for it. He just wants me to make him some cash from it seeing how he got almost the whole thing paid for now and still left with an easy to repair vette. He works in a shop with workers who can work with fiberglass, but doesn't have the time to deal with it right now so he let me take it over. It seems like it would be a good parts car or a VERY easy fix-up for a wrencher or even a detailer. Entire interior's in very good condition and in tact aswell. I was gonna buy it for myself for a parts car if no one else wants it(I can rip that mo fo apart and have my baby cannibalize all its AC Delco goodness), but he's giving me a percentage of the sale. I was there when he bought it and know how he keeps it in excellent shape. He's selling it for 5 Grand. And I'm sure I could sell it for more easy. We're in Tucson, AZ. I was gonna put it on Ebay soon, but since I've gotten so much help here over the past I figured I'd give anyone here first dibs.

Any inquiries or questions can be sent to either my corvetteforum mailbox OR masterofdzaster@hotmail.com

SO you are saying yoru insurance company gave your uncle $11K for a '92 C4 and NOT salvage it?? Wow that's a first..

So how about some pics and what are you looking for? Kind of hard without knowing the extensive damage..

Yep. You just have to know how to play the game And no it's NOT salvage. In fact, he tells me it runs cherry after he drove it home. Nothing changed performance-wise. Apparently my drunk aunt managed to to f*** up the whole left door and crack the rims from slide damage(Guess the fiberglass flexed too hard) without doing any damage from what he can tell to the rest of the car. That's some talent....
I'll talk to him tomorrow and see if we can't get some pics scanned up here.

BTW, he's looking for 5 Grand like I put above. He got most of what he paid for it from the insur co. Trust me, in this condition he could do some simple fiberglass work in his own shop he owns and sell it for twice that at the least. He just wants the cash now.
