Carfax required 1988 corvette

Hi guys, can anyone please help us down under in Australia with a carfax report please?
A friend named Ron has just purchased a 1988 coupe with VIN:1G1YY2181J5121659. It has been converted to right hand drive and he has only just entered the hobby.
He also requires a set of OEM 1988 corvette workshop manuals and I am also hoping to get him a window sticker and build sheet from the NCM.
Any assistance in this matter would be very much appreciated.
