I want to upgrade to a C5 & the time has come to sell my beautiful C4.
This car is close to immaculate with only some small pebble chips here & there. They are not easy to see unless you know just where to look.
I just recently did a COMPLETE tune-up to the car with all GM parts. New Optispark unit, waterpump, plugs & wires. Also a new battery. All this was done within the last couple of weeks & within a 100-150 miles.
The ONLY modification is to the exhaust where a set of Flowmasters were put on by the previous owner. They still retain the rectangle tips.
Specs:
49,680 miles
300 hp LT1 / ZF 6
Black top
Black interior D&P pwr seats (passenger side only works in 2 positions)
Paint is very nice, shines beautifuly, some small, light scratches, nothing major
Rear Defroster
Traction control
Factory sawtooth wheels
Almost new rear tires / Fronts are about 80%
Cd & Cassette Bose Gold (cd acts up sometimes & wont spit out disc)
I can tell you the car runs perfectly, has never been in an accident & is like new when driving down the road. The inside, underside & engine compartment are all in outstanding shape & very clean.
I have seen a few cars with higher mileage, in rougher shape, for mor money many times & wondered who is paying for these cars. With my car, its the opposite. I feel I am letting it go at a reasonable price for alot of car.
Price: $17,000. (I will entertain offers close to my asking price)
PM me or email me. & PLEASE, dont ask me for pics if you are not serious about making a purchase.
Thank You for looking.
Guys/Gals
This car is near perfect & has absolutely no problems. Its an extremely clean example of a C4 convertable in a very desireable color combo. With all the work thats been done to it in the last 100 miles, theres nothing it will need. Its been adult owned by 3 owners including me, & garaged since I've owned it. I would guess from its condition, the previous owners also garaged it.
I will take offers as long as they are "reasonable" If you need pics, I'll be happy to send them, just please no tire kickers. Thanks, John

I have contacted many Sellers via phone and email and can honestly tell you about 95 % of the feel the same way you do. That's not saying its a bad thing . its just saying about 95 % of sellers I've talked to absolutely love there car .
Its way over my budget but if It was that high ( my budget ) I might opt to get a LT4 or maybe even save another G or 2 and get a c5. I'm sure yours is worth every penny and will make some-1 a great car . As spring gets closer you might get more hits. As others have pointed out on here its a tuff market for the c4's @ the moment . If you put some high-res pictures up it might help .
Good talking to you Dave in Denver, Sorry if I get a little defensive about my "baby", but I am as meticulous as anyone when it comes to my Vette. I appreciate your offer, but I think my car is much better than average, so it should fetch a better than average price. If you change your mind, get back to me.
