Default Broke A$$ FX3

I got the service ride light last night and looked at the left front shock today and found the top rotated 360dg because the litlle gear broke. Are those little gears removable and where might I find one? Thanks.

Part of the rod assembly.

Find one used or send into Bilstein for a rebuild, along with all the others.
