Default Parting out 1990 ZR-1..was "my friend wrecked his ZR-1"

I recently purchased the wrecked 1990 black/black 29K mile ZR-1 from nitrous junkie. The previous thread is linked below.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/showthread.php?t=921949

Here is the how the car sits now and what I plan for its parts. This car still has a non-slavage "clear" Colorado title and is located 20 minutes north of denver and 15 miles east of Boulder. I'm willing to ship most parts ( up to the doors) but anything larger will require local pick-up. I have a 780+ feedback on E-bay and was born into a vette family 33 years ago...I'd liek to sell these to fellow ZR-1 guys before anyone else.

what is spoken for ( A.K.A. I'm keeping for myself or my father)

1) complete motor and all accessories/ engine harness / ECM
2) complete trans/clutch/shifter
3) complete rear Dana 44 (whats left of the components)
4) rear hatch struts
5) horns

whats free:

1) hood! local pick-up, no shipping.
2) rear glass ( has crash scratchs but NO cracks)

whats available:

1) everything else..
2) I'm really motivated to sell the (clear title) frame

I can ship fed-ex quite easily ( they are the cheapest insured shipping available at the moment). I am set-up to accept pay-pal payment to my e-mail address <bowtiguy@comcast.net> or will accpet any money order.

I can take digital pics upon request. some of the more rare items ( doors, guage cluster, etc) may make it on E-bay before too long.

Thanks.

A few of the parts are sold since posting this. I've decided with my E-bay experience and for my piece of mind ( from answering 20+ e-mails a day from decent offers to crazy ones..like $50 for the 8K tach cluster), that I will be cleaning the parts and listing them on E-bay as I go along.

I will place links to these parts via this thread as I go along. I just don't have the time to answer all the e-mails and haggle on parts prices. The ZR-1 specific ones will be determined by market value at auction. some are NOS, some you can still get.

I will respond with yes or no to those e-mails/offers I have already received, thanks.

Larger parts like the entire frame and the wheels are still available outside of E-bay.

since getting an LT-5 engine is nearly impossible, whats the best engine price wise to drop in a zr-1? A LS1 or LS6 or a crate?

LT5s are hardly impossible to get you just need the cash

I wouldnt bother droping anything into the frame of that car other than another LT5

well, the holidays have come and gone. Now its time to post the items I promissed a while back. I just don't have the time to answer all the questions and send pictures to everyone who ask's. Al parts wil be cleaned witha full description including digital pics for all to see. The first item up for auction will be the black leather sport seats...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMESE%3AIT

I'll be posting more items on an almost daily basis so check out my e-bay store under ZR-1 LT5 corvette parts catagory for everything available.
