Default Calling Seattle area '95 ZR-1 Owners

I received the email below. If interested let me know via email or post here if you want. I'll pass any info I get onto Jennett. I have no affiliation with her or MS. TAC

I’m looking for a willing owner of a 1995 Corvette ZR-1 to let us do a full photo shoot layout for an upcoming game title. The shoot provides the details our artists need to reproduce the car accurately. I am happy to travel to a location around the Seattle/Bellevue area as needed.

Please note we will need access to the interior, trunk, engine etc and the car needs to be pretty close to stock. I have Xbox racing game titles to offer as bribery…

Thank you for your time.
Kind regards,

-Jennett

Tim, where have you been lately? Haven't seen you at any of the shows or events.

As far as a 95. Haven't come across one in Seattle/Bellevue. I know a few 94 owners that would be more than happy to help. Only difference is in the front gills.

Hi Tim, I know of a red 1994 ZR-1 owner who'd be happy to volunteer his car.

Jeff: I've been around. I almost made it to the ZR-1 gathering around here but just had too much to do. We missed you and Nick at Whitefish! Remember that thread from last fall? The ZR-1 from Missoula never made it either.

Nick: I tried to volunteer your car but her response was it has to be a true '95 for the software developers. She has X-box games for bribes so I suppose we can imagine where the car photos will be used. I may have run into someone with a '95 at our School Daze event and I'll try and track him down.

If that's the way she wants to play it, we can get the 95 gills and put them on

If Vancouver BC is not too far away for her, they could do a shoot of my stock 95 #207.

But Tim, everyone knows the '94's are faster. Doesn't that count?

Sure would like to be one of those selected for the photo shoot, but guess BEAST 2 is really not much of anything close to stock...let alone a '95. Sounds like fun though. Bill

Thanks for the replies. The person may take 67redster up on his offer so she may be headed for Vancouver. 67... I sent you an email with her info, let me know if you don't get it.

Sorry she couldn't use the '94 version but she does like your posts!

"The manufacturer is sticky that we build the model year licensed - all those pesky little details. ;-) "

also...

"Just FYI - the photo shoots are for the artists to build the car model
in game, not for a cover shoot. We're not even done fighting about
which cars are going into the game, much less close enough to think
about a cover! "

Guess I'll have to do some lobbying for another certain specialty Corvette!

Tim
