Alternator time??
At idle the 90 with all elec. lights, AC, radio, running it is only putting out around 12.5 volts at 2K rpms around 13.5..to 13.8 volts..
I checked the 91 and it stays around 13.5 to 14 volts under the same condition at idle.
Now can the alternator be changed without pulling the plenum? It looks possible if I remove the TB horn.
Thanks Steve

Re: Alternator time?? (We Gone)
Yes it can be done without removing the plenum, just got to get the T/B out of the way. Then its kind of tight and it takes a little bit of finagaling (Spelling)
but not to bad of a job. I was able to get a replacement at AutoZone and kept the original to have it fixed.

Re: Alternator time?? (carter200)
Just finished up all I had to pull is the air horn & oil pressure-sending unit as usual the belt was the hardest part.
I still get down to 12.5 volts with all accessories running at idle but at least as soon as it climbs up to 1000 to 1500 rpms it climbs to 13.6 to 14 volts and now maintains 13.5 to 13.8 at idle with nothing on.
Still seems low compared to the 91 it stays at 13.6 or above no matter what is running at idle.
