With a flowmaster cat back, K & N, forced air intake I had 328 SAE corrected on a dynojet on my 91.
Now I am doing a few other things to the car and we'll see in a few months how much more power I can get.

A friend of mine dynoed his 90 @ 350 hp with only headers, no cats, corsa's on the stock chip this year at bg and it was running rich. The car only has 9k on it.

I only did a bit over 320 at the rear wheels when I was tuning it. I can't wait to get it on the dyno and let the secondaries turn on.

Re: What are you guys pushing at the rear wheels, and what are your mods? (Bans25)
I had 434rwhp the last time my car was dynoed. But since then I have done alot more modding. I added the Forced-air system, carbonfiber drive and half shafts for less rotating weight, and an x-pipe. Aaron's 368 added 21rwhp by adding the x-pipe alone! I think I would be somewhere in 440's by now especially with a new clutch.

My 350 LT5 makes
437.8 rwhp 385 rwtq
63 mm Marc H. TB
P&P Plenum & IH
P&P Heads
Bill K. 3 angle valve job
Jeal Headers
B&B Tri Flo with(old style)rasonator, X-pipe only gained 2rwtq and 0 rwhp
DRM single FW stock PP w/camaro lt1 sprung disc

I would like to try a siemised plenum and IH's to see if any gains, since Clint gained 30rwhp with his old Z i'll be happy with 15rwhp gain just need to get some more $$$$
Unless somebody lets me borrow their siemised plenum & IH's for a few days

Re: What are you guys pushing at the rear wheels, and what are your mods? (Bans25)
Well I dynoed mine last year and I got 319 hp at the rear wheels,
that was with bad faulty injectors and a colapsing air duct and secondary problems with the low rpm stumbling....
I have replaced the injectors and I have new vacum lines im going to replace and I have a new air duct on the way so ill let you know
what I pull after I get her all fixed im hoping for a lot more!

Black car with a Magnaflow 3 inch exhaust and x pipe with the rest totally stock to the filter pulled 366 rwhp and 350 rwtq. I think it was 340/330 stock.

Thanks Tim, i can only wish it's a 368.
I'm trying to get the most out of a 350 i think 470-480rwhp is possible out of a 350 LT5 with maybe siemised plenum, IH's and cams if i had extra $$$ i would be willing to do the R&D.
I would like to buy another plenum & IH's to siemise them and try to get above 450rwhp with the stock cams or like i said before if i can borrow someones siemised plenum & IH's to try them on the dyno,i'd pay shipping.
I know they say it won't work on a stock 350 but i still like to try it for myself
and maybe prove them wrong. :)
The way i ported my heads was out of the norm and it worked out great.
Marc Haibeck is now getting this kind of HP out of 350 LT5's
Soon you will see a lot more 350's making this kind of HP and will probably see an increase in power on 368's and 415's
