Thanks Dwight, it's comming together nicely. I wasn't sure how much I would like the red, but it looks great. On the IAT, I'll leave it there for now, but it will be relocated to make room for the NOS plumbing to go in :D

Oi,

Listen here you lot, i shall say this only once.

NO MORE RED ENGINES!

Jeff, please, don't tell me you actually put the TB on the car & THEN realised that you didn't have the gasket installed?

Be with you in the morning.

My engines back in the car too, next week sometime is the big day, waiting for my new oil cooler to arrive (Was worried that there may be some residue left from last engine blow, so decide to replace it) as well as a few other odds and ends, but sometime next week, the car will be fired up.

Tata.

OK Kurt, why can't we have red engines?? Looks nice in a black ZR-1 with black lettering. BTW, what color is yours?

DId the new plenum NOS plates clear the hood OK? Good idea on the new oil cooler. What radiator are you using?

I installed the TB and the air horn just for photo purposes. I just screwed in two bolts for it to hold it in place. I realized I was missing the gasket when I was going to install the TB before doing the plenum.

Nice looking engine Jeff... Who did the powdercoating ?

BTW...
Why wait for the gasket ? Just make one and get it on the road... you can always change it later... :D
