I've decided to sell my "Z." 1990 Turquoise Metallic / blk (1 of 16) - 6800 miles. Production #1336. Honestly...she's just not getting the use she deserves.
Asking $24,500.
One pic plus some info can be found on my cf web page:
What's not mentioned there is 6800 original miles, both tops, always
garaged, no rain, zaino, etc. Have stock exhaust. Everything like new.
As time permits I will post on zr1.net and cf classified. I may consign somewhere later this summer if I get too busy with work.
BTW...This forum, and you folks who participate have been a blessing in many ways over the past few years. Many thanks for the good times, laughs, fun cruises, and a great place to learn about these fine cars.
One of the finest Internet sites, bar none! :smash: :smash:
Location: This city NEVER sleeps! Frank's back yard!

Wow , great looking car, if only it was not turquoise.
Ooooo - low blow - tell the man you don't like the color as he tries to sell it! I know color is very subjective - personally, I love the look of the turquoise - and that is a very low mile example - somebody is going to get one hell of a nice car - practically a brand new 90 ZR-1 - I love it!!

:seeya
That was funny, havn't heard that comment low blow in quite some time
That color is not my favorite either but when I saw one in Nashville, I changed my mind some. Although, some people don't like yellow either.
That car is truly pristine and rare and the asking price is great -- I would ask in the high 20,000's and come down from there.
I had my car listed on ZR-1.net for a few weeks and I got several emails interested at the listed price of $35k. Your car looks to be in the same shape, less were produced and your mileage is low.
I know alot of you would say I was crazy not to sell for that price and that the guy is nuts for wanting to pay it but it is all supply and demand. If someone wants it, they will pay.
I would raise the price myself, but if you choose not to, I think that car will sell immediately.
PowerEffects Exhaust and Stock Exhaust is a huge Bonus as well.
Best of luck in selling. It's a beautiful example
I can't believe these almost new, beautiful high performance cars are still available and at such a relatively low price.
There are some incredibly lucky people that are picking up these cars. I cannot imagine anything else available at this price for someone looking for a performance car.
At some point, I will not be able to resist picking up another.
You guys are right about the price, and about the overall value for the money. When the ZR-1 prices started sliding a bit I thought it was temporary. Now, I believe we have had a bad economy ro make that slope even steeper. Everything's in cycles, I guess.
Airborne: It's been toooo long. I haven't seen you in a long time. Then when I see your post you're selling! :cry :cry I know you're going to miss those Whidbey runs.
^Yeah, it's kinda hello...goodbye :( But with my work schedule and family responsibilities it really is time. You're right about the Whidbey cruises... waaaaaaah!!!
