Default 91 White ZR1

So who got the '91 white Z that was on Atlanta Craigslist a couple of weeks ago? It looks like it needed a driver side rear quarter panel, and the ad said that injectors were missing but the engine was still there. It was listed for $2500. Of course by the time I saw the ad 2 days after it was posted, I got no response from my email, so I assume it was gone quickly.

Corvettes by Zio in Florida has the car to bring back to life. The prior owner contacted me and I have a client who was looking for one. A lot of research has been done and some work. Will be awhile before we start, but a cool car to build. already have a full shop. Thanks for asking! No scam...............................

Nice car, most things work on the car

69 Z28 on the lift, 64 El Camino and a 71 BB in the corner

Busted inner fender will be removed and fixed which will be needed to align rear quarter.

Temporary fix since the missing piece was in the car. Safer back on the car for now.

Not bad inside but will all be redone to new.

Heck, even not running the parts are worth way more than $2500

the seat on the passenger side is not the oem seat for a 1991 zr1,,,,the switches are on both sided of the lower bolsters as well as the pleating doesn't look correct...not enough pictures

That will be corrected once we assess the entire car and this project, but thanks in advance.

Just took a quick pic of my passenger seat on my 91. Looks like that one. I know the switches are on both bolsters for 1990 but never seen them like that after 90. Is it possible his seat (and mine) have been swapped?

As stated seats are correct. The stitching for 90 runs up the middle of the bolsters while 91 it's on the sides. Was this car bought for $2500?

If you choose to replace the entire quarter the part can be found with a little digging. What number car is it,the last 4 numbers in the VIN is the production number.

Oh absolutely keep us updated! I'm just mad at myself for being too late on this one. At that price I don't even CARE how mad my wife would have been LOL!

So after further review I have found out that this particular ZR1 has, you ready 258k miles. I am researching now that this may be the highest mileage ZR1 in the country. Keep you posted, and the beat goes on...........

Would like to know the type screws used to mount the ignition module which attaches to the underneath of the manifold plenum.

Well it's been awhile since I was able to do some work on the 91 ZR1 so I decided to send it to a friend to check it out. Car needed a starter and new battery. The car cranked over and turned freely. All good stuff. I need to send out additional parts and all signs indicate that it will start. Very cool!
Just felt like posting an update. I was told that that their was another ZR1 with 264k miles which is a little higher then mine at 258k. Will send some pictures soon. Thanks for checking in.
