Burning Brakes
I decided to switch from the Goodyear F1'S in the stock factory sizes to the Michelin PS2'S. The only change was the rear size 335/35ZR17 . I think it look better on the back than the 315's . They were a bit more costly but well worth it. I know several owners who have made the switch. You also have Pirelli which are even more money . The PS2'S have done a stint at the NCM's motorsport park and stayed planted firmly during a HPDI event and very spirited touring laps. I also road with another owner at the event in his 92 Z. Good in the rain also . My car is making more power than a stock 90-95 ZR1 . An extra 150 h.p. and the Michelins give me confidence . There was a 96 Grand Sport convertible owner who went cheap at the HPDI with a set of inexpensive Z rated tires. He went off the track backwards. It makes a difference even if your not going to your cars top speed capability .

Thanks for the reply. I didn't even know they had PS2s for this car. Where do you source your tires? Tire rack does not list these sizes for some reason.

Looks like Tire Rack does still have 335-35R17 PS-2's.

They no longer carry 275-40R17 PS2's.
Walmart still has some.

Walmart can also get 335-35R17 PS-2's.
