1993 ZR1 Anniversary value?!?! (802 miles)
OK guys. (and gals)
I am looking for a little insight and honest opinions on a car's value.
I have a 1993 40th Anniversary ZR1 Coupe.
802 miles!!! Yes, all original.
In fact, window sticker ($67,803) is still on the car.
As is the paper on the glass top that has never been out of the hatch.
I have been told anything from $25,000 to $50,000!!!
Just putting feelers out to see its value and if it's worth selling off.
And to avoid an issue like on another post, this is MY personal car.
Thank you ahead of time for any help or information.

Might want to call the NCM! This would be an outstanding replacement for the 40th that went in the hole.. Never know, they might make you one heck of a deal for a museum quality 40th ZR-1

Realistic money currently is 32k-35k. Look at the mecum auction results from Kissimmee 2014. Roger had a similar car mileage wise, can't recall the final bid amount.
Beautiful Car! Hang on their coming back!

1. A good number is $1,000-$1,500
2. Enclosed transport to auction $800-$1,000
3. Commission $4,000-$5,000
4. Cost for the weekend hotels, food, gas, etc, $1,000+ if your married and your wife finds the Mall of Millennia in Orlando add appropriately
$50,000 (as stupid as it sounds but that car had less mileage and to the hard core collector your car is almost 1,000 miles while the other was 530 miles)
Roughly $7,000-$9,000 for the weekend if the car sells, if..... If not then you've spent $3,000+ to get the car appraised. Roger ran his 95 yellow ZR-1 with 250 miles (maybe off on the miles) at multiple auctions, 3 or 4 before it finally sold.

it may take a while to sell
you would have to show it in DuPont registry and Robb Report magazines
but I would say very close to $50,000
good luck with whatever you decide

42,000 and it should sell quick
a ruby with that low miles in this condition should fetch that
but there are better "ruby afficianados" that know more about pricing
that's what it would be worth to me
but sorry, I'm not in the market or it would be in my garage if I had that kind of disposable income.
beautiful ZR-1 pristine example of what many to believe is "the one" to have
I'm inclined to agree
it's pretty much the best color, interior, and engine all wrapped up in a nice package
93 seats for some reason were more padded and comfortable than the 90 seats. might be my imagination, but my LPE 93 475 car felt better than the 90 DRM

I used to own a 1993 40th Anniversary Ruby ZR-1 with 168 miles on the clock. For several years, I researched all 245 of the production run, through as many sources as possible, sales, auctions, forums, CarFax, personal contact with owners, etc. The following is what my last update indicates.
Total 1993 40th Anniversary Ruby ZR-1 Corvettes: 245
Units with NO documentation available: 23
Of documented cars, those with less than 1,000 miles: 44
Your Ruby Zee ranking among those documented : #43 with 802 miles. There are 42 documented with less miles, and possibly 65 considering the 23 for which no documentation info.
I have heard that GM kept an unprescedented 5 cars, but only one is documented in my database.
FYI, there are possibly 19 known with 25 miles or less.
Please bear in mind that the documented mileage in my database, is the "last known" value. The mileage may or may not actually be greater.
The 1993 40th Anniversary ZR-1 was popularly viewed as "The Most Collectible" of the ZR-1's produced to date. You should also bear in mind that of the 23 with no known mileage data, as few as 0 or as many as all 23 could have been stored with "as-delivered" mileage. I suspect cars with no data were purchased and stored since there is no record of them having undergone safety or emissions inspection, or having been titled.

Interesting information for anyone in the future that might consider the purchase of a Ruby Z.
