What a great way to start the day...
Mike, the trucker called me last evening and said that he wanted to off-load my car this morning. At that time we agreed we'd check the weather and see if he could deliver the car between rain showers that we are having today. 9:30 this morning looked like it was our best shot.
We met up at a side street about 3/4 mile from my house, but it's little traveled and had good access for his rig...
When we completed the transaction, I jumped in the car and made a U-turn in the middle of the street to go back the opposite direction to get the car to its new home before the rain began. As I did, I saw one of Arlington PD's finest who had parked about half a block away and had watched us unload. Thought he was going to pull me over, since I didn't even have a paper plate installed on the car, but he didn't.
Now if the sun will just come out for a couple of days to get those decent pics that I promised.

Don,glad to see your car was delivered intact and w/o any problems. Hope to see you at one of our ZR-1 gatherings.

Congratulations. My heart beat always faster when I see a ZR-1.
Right now I am the 4th time in Florida (Clearwater) on holidays and never saw any ZR-1. How frustrating
