I grabbed the keys and my friend said there was a small white 'chip' that was supposed to go on one of the keys and it has a corvette logo I think. I'm just trying to get him a new one if I did lose it. He said it was small, white and square. So, might you know what I'm looking for since I don't?

Not sure what you mean by chip - the power key is a simple blade with no "chip" that operates a momentary contact spring-loaded switch. Somebody jump in with a source ...

Yea you got 2 different keys here,no chip in the valet key.

Never seen just the insert for sale I do see the key on EBay now and than.

That key is the same one for all '91 thru '95 ZR-1's. The '90 key is different.
