Default ZR1 Full Power Switch

I have a 90 ZR1 but when I switch to full power the light comes on along for full power and the ABS light comes on. Also it doesn't feel like it's turning full power on. No difference at all. Any thoughts??? Thanks!!

I'm pretty sure you will not be able to get full power with any lights on that are throwing a code. The ABS light will throw a code.

Good luck.

There is a well written tech article on troubleshooting the secondary system at this link.
I'm not so sure the ABS light will block the FULL POWER feature. I think any code that sets the SYS light will.
Let us know what you find.

When I was having ABS issues the Full Power wasn't affected on my 91.Now a Check Engine Light will cut full power.

Not saying it should affect full power but when I was having brake MC problems and the ABS light came on my 92 wouldn't go into full power, the full power light would come on but the power wasn't there.

Just to rule this out. Check your fluid level in the Master Cylinder. If they are low they can throw a ABS light.
