Default Port Matching Heads

A lot of work was put into porting the injector manifolds and intake plenum etc., but as I look down the injector housing, it is clear the housings were not matched to the heads. My plan is to at a minimum, match the port to one of Jerry's gaskets hoping this will make the transition from the housings to the head as seamless as possible. a couple of questions:

I plan on using an air powered die grinder and dremel flap wheel to do the work. Where can I find some high quality carbide double fluted bits?

Are there any coolant passages I need to be aware of in that immediate area?

Thanks.

Just drop down about 1.5" below the deck and should be fine. I port matched the heads so that a 35mm ball was completely below the deck and a 36.5mm was halfway below the deck. At some point you may want to fully port the heads and that's another thing.
