Thats really nice thank you.
Is it just like any other-release the belt tensioner and weave in the belt?

it's just like most, just a little tight, but once you find the right tool, just swing the tensioner over as much as you can- the belt just slips over the pulley.

Installing Serpentine Belt
I use a wooden stick about 3 feet long to wedge the belt tensioner into its fully compressed condition.
You can then use a long handled 1/2 inch socket wrench (not the ratchet type) and slip the 1/2 inch square end of the wrench (could be 3/4 inch and if so, get a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch adapter) that normally fits into a socket into the slot in the tensioner (you can see the square hole in the tensioner in the photo).
Wrap the belt around the pulleys as shown leaving the belt off the alternator. Once you twist the tensioner up and away (toward passenger side of engine) from the loose belt positioned over the tensioner, slip the slack belt end over the alternator
I am using this belt which I think is 79.5 inches which fits tight (just able to get it on with tensioner compressed). But then I have Randy Woods Power Steering aluminum pulley as well as his aluminum water pump pulley.

It should only take about 10 or 15 minutes if you can get everything to stay where you want it before releasing the tensioner.
I like to put a tie down on the breaker bar to hold it so this becomes a one man chore.
Is your car a real early 1990 vin numbered car?

I'm no expert but I sure find it to be a lot easier job with the airhorn removed. If you do it that way though it would be a good idea to buy a new gasket from Jerry before hand in case the old one tears. A 1/2" drive breaker bar helps, as others have mentioned.
