Default Opinions on 2 Zr-1's for sale

Hi
Looking to get another ZR1 in the next 2 weeks. I have narrowed my search down to these 2 cars. (91 yellow)I have spoken to the owner of the yellow car, sounds like a good car. (92 green)Green car seller hasn't responded to my questions yet. I haven't seen either car yet,but they are within reasonable driving distanceand look pretty clean. Anyone know anything about either car?

If anyone else has a ZR-1 they are selling for $21,000 range shoot me an email .Not interested in red. Also would be interested in Black Rose convertible 6 spd car as well for under $15,000
thanks

Well...just my opinion about these...the 91 Yellow looks a lot nicer! I don't even like yellow...or the dark green for that matter...lol. I would suspect that the guy selling on the Net Registry knows a bit more about the ZR-1...could be wrong though.

I'd buy the yellow one...the green one, just reading the EBAY ad turns me off. Rear tires are 235s...really...

Details are everything.

hey Todd,

Are you driving to BG with the rest of the NE group? Huge group going from NJ / NY / CT / NH areas (meeting in WV).

We are going to start planning the VA / MD / PA / DE group now.

The yellow '91 on the Net is at a dealer........I spoke with him, and he seemed completley clueless about the car........definitely needs checked out in person.

But it does seem like a good car, and 42k mileage wouldn't scare me at all at that price.

well there isn't a huge selection in the $20,000 range, I have been looking for 3 months now. I am calling the owner on the green car tonight. I have some more pics of the yellow car, what concerns me is the light rust on most of the cam cover bolts and some other bolts. My 91 has no rust.Makes me thing it was sitting outside a lot or near salt water.I can post pics if someone can host me.
Thanks

I like the Polo cars. Looks black out of the sun, then pops emerald when in the sun.

There's a guy in my area that has been trying to sell his yellow/black '91 for the last few years. Haven't seen it for sale lately but I know where he works. Last price I saw was about $18K. Car has about 65K miles
