Most of the parts came back last week, and we installed them over a 2 day period.
Just want to thank ShawnZR-1 again for all of his help on this project and every other project he's been there for. Without him, I'd be driving stock cars....
Still missing a few parts...cam cover emblems and the C4-C5 brake adapter.
The quality of the parts as everybody said are great! The powder coat job looks amazing in the sun, and I went to a show Saturday afternoon, and she drew quite a crowd.
The first couple of shots are all the parts to install all in one place including most of the exhaust. The old exhaust was a Desert Development exhaust that was rusted out, and needed to be replace. Also a couple of shots of the new Euro taillights. Look great on the white!
Now, for the pictures!!!
Snuck home to take the shots that everybody wants to see.

Man, let me tell you that looks GREAT! I know that was a TON of work but I am sure it will be worth it! Did you remember to tighten the all the little bolts under the plenum that tend to come loose over time? Did you have my luck and scratch any of the new powdercoated stuff installing it? Also, looks like you left the blower box in....but cant tell...did you?

Shawn did most of the install work and we torqued and retorqued more screws and hoses than I knew existed.
No scratches.
What blower box are you referring too? I'm going to say it's there because we did not remove anything and had no leftover parts.
This thing runs like a scalded dog now though. It had a serious vacuum leak before, but that's fixed.
Where's a picture of the engine actually all together?? The stuff looks good, and those ports look nicely opened. Also, good job on the gasket trimming. The times I've done it it's all jagged and ragged looking.
I'd be curious if you had it to do all over again, would you do it the same? But I'll spare you...

anted to get some shots out in the sun, but like mentioned above, I forgot the camera.
Yes, I would do it all over again, but I would take it a step further...the heads would have come off too, and been sent to Haibeck.
As soon as I get the rest of my parts, I'll be ecstatic. The car looks great, sounds great, and runs out like a champ. The whole project thus far has turned out very well.
But, like I said, I am missing my cam cover emblems and the brake adapter.
I re-painted mine but I need to install the ones from LGAFF instead
I sent them still attached to the cam covers...figured he could get them off without harming them. They did not need any work, as they were off a 16K mile car. I didn't think I could get them off without major trauma, and wanted to get all my parts to him ASAP.
Incredible looking, Brandt...!! Maybe...just maybe...there are some mods in the future for my White / Red 'Z'....we'll see.
Again, the car looks fantastic. More pix.

LOOKS GOOD REALLY LIKE THOSE REAR LIGHTS. BEEN THINKING ABOUT DOING THAT TO MY Z. POWDER COATING LOOKS GREAT TOO !!! DID YOU GET THE EURO LIGHTS FROM ECKLERS OR CORVETTE CENTRAL. LOOKS LIKE THE KIT FROM CORVETTE CENTRAL IS MORE PLUG AND PLAY ,THAN THE STUFF FROM ECKLERS. GOOD LUCK WITH THE NEW MODS KEEPER FAST AND SAFE.

Thanks Russell...actually neither place. Bought the lights off a member here and we made our own harness. Much cheaper that way. The only pain was pulling the wire from the high mounted brake.
Lee, I may have to go that route if my emblems aren't found.
