Supernatural 94 LT-5
Hey guys.
We just recently acquired No 39 1994 ZR-1 with a Supernatural 490 package.
I was wondering if anyone had any input on the car?
The package was installed in 1996 at a cost of 19k. the car looks bone stock other than the exhaust but runs like a raped ape..put down close to 400 at the wheels on a supeflo dyno.
I called Callaway and they said it was one of 3 '94 Supernatural LT-5's built.
Any thought on Supernatural ZR-1'S?
this is a red red 6k mile car.
Any ZR-1 guys want to take a crack a rough retail value for it?

Great get!!!!!!!
Saw that one for sale and wish I had some extra $$ / space for it....
That is worth some good bank to the right person.
$40k to 50k depending IMO, but much more in the future (1 of 3 car)
Join the registry / callaway club and find out more info on your beauty (bring that beauty to Carlisle!!!!!!!!!!!)
Oh please post pictures

A bone stock 94 with 6K is easily worth 40K. So, depending on how you want to value the mods, it couldn't be worth up to 50K to the right person. Good find!

wow , nice get , i just recently bought a 92 snat 475 . feb 28 .has 40 k miles and got her for 8k and a 158k 90 zr1. you can get info from callaway or the corvette action center that has a dedicated callaway site . mine is artic white with red guts . connelly leather seats ,coilovers brembo brakes.392 gears. got her from a dealership that couldnt find why it didnt run very strong (vaccume line from the pump was routed under the oilfilter and had become disconnected )my car made 372 rwhp and 353 tq . i believe that the 490 has headers and mine has stk manifolds . is yours an aero body? i bought mine for the wife ,asshe wanted to try to keep up with mt back 90 zr1 . congrats and enjoy .if you have a fax a have a couple of copies of old mag articles i could send you tomarrow.

I'd think with an aero the $50k+ would be more likely. Without, I personally wouldn't think it would be quite that high. It's a modified car by an aftermarket tuner. I don't know that Callaway on ZR-1's necessarily brings a premium over someone like Lingenfelter on a 350 package? I could be wrong. With an aerobody where it's a more "complete" package (if you will), then it probably does. What do I know, though.
I do know that it sounds like a great car to own, and should be a blast to drive. Can you post up the dyno graph? It's interesting about the power peak. That's two people now who have dyno'd SN ZR-1's. For a fully ported engine, it sounds like they leave a bit on the table. Of course most of these cars were done 10+ years ago, and it sounds like maybe that was true of all ZR-1's porting back then, that there seem to be new tricks as the years go by.
I'd love to see some pictures and maybe hear some sound clips of it driving. Any chance you'll bring it to Bowling Green this May?

Congradulations.
Post some questions over to the Corvette Action Center. They were very helpful when I bought my 90 SN 475.
Joanne or Mike at Callaway cars should be able to provide any history of the car. There is a lack of positive information thought. There seems to be only 11 SN ZR-1's from the best collected information gathered.
BTW. My car will be in the May issue of Corvette Fever.

I think you have it priced very fairly considering it's a very rare SNAT ZR-1
looks to be in great condition. good luck with the sale and I hope the car stays in va!!
if I'm down that way I'll drop by and say hello and check it out.

I just picked up the MAY issue and it's not in there . Scott Rossi, who did the article, said it would be in the May issue. Unless I misunderstood and he ment that it would be out in MAY, meaning the June issue. I will just have to wait and see. I just hope they didn't decide to drop the article altogether.

Jim, we can only hope. I still have a positive feeling that we may get a surprise in the future. Our ZR1/CR1's are too HOT to just have them be dropped after seeing those fantastic shots after the rain.
