Default Leather Conditioner Recommendations/

I'm cleaning up the Z getting ready for spring and the seats (which are in excellent condition) feel a little stiff. What is the best leather cleaner/conditioner?

Thanks
Tim

Just buy a good quality conditioner designed for leather boots/gloves etc. I think Meguiars has a good one too. If there is lanolin in it, it will do the job well.

After more years of concours than I want to admit... comes down to what your pocket book can bear>>
Lesser cost: Mothers Reflections Leather Care
MORE cost: Crewe Hide Food

But regardless of what you select...use conservatively... a little dap will do you and rub into leather... no glooping on

Check over at the car care section of the forum. Some of the guys there are top notch and give some great advice. Better yet call Herm up and ask what he uses on the footballs to keep them out of the endzone!! Probally the same thing as Eric Hope all is well

There really is only one product to use, quite simply the best ever!

This is the product I use as well. Works great. There is one to clean and one to condition.

Hey Tim, good to see you around here again...

ANother vote for Lexol here, I've been using it since getting my 1st vette back in `94. Using the cleaner followed by the conditioner works great, food for your leather.

I like Lexol too for bringing softness back to neglected leather. But the smell is not my favorite. I generally use Pinnacle leather conditioner on a regular basis because of the smell, and it makes the leather a bit slippery to reduce wear on it. I always use the Lexol cleaner though, as it works well and is easy to use.

Micheal, Crewe Hide Food is the Jaguar product, right?

I've also heard Leatherique is excellent on neglected leather.

Bentley/Rolls Royce... thus being a bit costly but really nice stuff...thus my original post 'MORE cost'. I have Lexol too... I am a 'equal opportunity product user' as long as the product is excellent to superior.

This product is expensive, but may be one of the best on the market:

I've been usind a product from the saddle/western segment with good results they've been at it a long time. (1882) My Harley/leather local experts recommend this stuff. Bick 4 is a cleaner conditioner, or they have a seperate cleaner too.
