Default 1992 Black Rose for sale

I saw an ad for a 1992 ZR1 with 37,000 miles. The owner says it has a salvage title due to "minor" front end damage and says it was fixed right. The color is "black rose" and has C5 Z06 after market rims. Says it also needs a clutch.

What is this worth? Assuming no other major issues?

I'm sure this is the ZR-1 #088 that was on EBAY. For some reason the car was pulled (went to about $7500) That is NOT black rose, but rather purple (probably Chrysler) and is a rather poor quality repaint (originally red). This was discussed here on the forum last week, you can probably find it a couple of pages back. The clutch must have just went out, he said it ran great. If you don't know how to work on these cars you probably will get buried in it. The guy on EBAY said he talked to the owner and no one knew why it was salvaged. Someone is going to get hurt BAD on this car! A clutch (assuming it's not the trans ($2000+) will be about a grand. The car is worth about $10k if everything works perfect, my guess is it doesn't. Good luck! And oh, the number from the EBAY ad was 281-467-2636.

Ah, here it is, San Antonio Craigs List #595543376. Actually looks black rose in his pictures. $17500, no mention of the salvage. That one's going to end up insured and burned, or in court (or both).
