Default Cabin Fever / ZR-1 Video

Hi guys,

I was on YouTube today and found a nice ZR-1 video. It is of a 1994 ZR-1 that Buyavette is selling. Red w/black interior and 17,000 miles. I am not going to pick it apart because I thought the guy did a good job of representing it - you try talking about your car on tape!

Anyway, as sick as I am getting of winter, I enjoyed it. Although it would have been cool if he would have "gotten on it" a little more.

What are they asking for that car? What really is cool about the ZR-1 is the fact that there are so many low mile examples for sale. I'd say it is much easier to find a low mile 94Z than a low mile 94 coupe. Kind of a nice side effect of a pricey supercar like the Z!

Yep...I just can't justify the premium for the low mile 94/5 cars. I prefer the seats and dash and wheel of the 94/5...but not enough to pay 20k plus over what I paid for my 14k mile 92

Yeah, I caught that too. Before I had my Z, I made a tape where I talked about my '85. Watching it, to ME was almost embarrassing - "You mean I sound like that?"

I would buy a 2004 C5 Z06 for that price that way i could beat on it and not feel bad thinking about if i mess up where i would have to go to get parts. JMO

Imho, the ride wasn't too much boring, the pace of the talk was right. I really enjoyed watching this nice video!

This seller definitively deserves a better mark than the french one selling his yellow zr1

buyavette.net does not have a great reputation here in Atlanta. Ive read other things about them on the web as well. Id proceed with caution.

Well, not to be picky, but Lotus did not build the engine, but rather designed it in common with GM.

I know that's really fly shiznit out of the pepper, but hey, that's a bald headed, no driven, ZR-1 elitist for ya! Also, I don't think the top wrench is that rare..........how else do you get the top off. I figure most people wouldn't loose that. Oh, and why weren't these items in their proper place................................... ..?

That video didn't impress me much.

You have Cabin Fever you say? Watch this! ( 1:36 to end of video. Yeah I'll have a 2009 ZR-1 once they depreciate some.
