Well the track is Englishtown NJ. That is NOT a ZR1. There was a guy that owned a black S/C'ed small block that passed a few years back. Pretty sure that was his car. He worked very hard on that car and it became a local favorite , along with the owner.
I think Frank (MOJO) may know his name.
