Default Can I move the Z without shocks?

I'm rebuilding my shocks and it turns out that I would need to move my car before I get the shocks back.
So my simple dump question is that can I just put the car on wheels with out shocks and move it?
So if someone has done this please let me know if it safe to do?

Thanks!!

It'll drive just fine without the shocks Mikko. Drove mine about 10 miles that way - most of it on the freeway. Expect the ride to be very bouncy.
