Room booked and Gathering Registration complete, well sort of. Could someone post a tentative updated agenda? Poker run? Party, etc at JVD's?

Just would hate to see too many double book the same time slots

WTF Over!?!? I called them yesterday and specifically ASKED for the GOV'T rate...they said they had no rooms except the ones we have booked. I could not get the GOV'T Rate! When did you book your room?

BY THE WAY.....9 rooms left as of this morning. After that...the entire hotel is sold out...this is if you plan to come for the entire event 2-6 May. If you plan to come later there are more rooms available I believe.

I called when I got home last night after the reservations desk was closed and talked to the front desk. The guy didn't seem very sharp and gave me what I asked for...
