(4) Conversely, is there a PREMIUM or minimal depreciation from the initial purchase price for a ZR-1 with only a few hundred miles (or less) or thousands of miles (since there are probably very few of the former)?

Everyone is correct here IT DEPENDS. Lets just say they are all perfect cars and need nothing. You will have an appox. price difference from a 90 to a 95 of $15,000 to $20,000. Some will argue colors, dual tops, Dunn Heads, etc. This is just a ballpark.
There is no real average per year, but if you had to pick a figure I would say around $3,000. I know this does not add up to the figures above per year but again IT DEPENDS.
Mileage threshold is buyer dependent. On average most start to shy away around 50,000 miles and this is where you will see the money and desirability start to drop as well. Again this depends on the year of the car as well. Your 405hp cars will be more sensitive to miles and colors due to production #'s being so low.
If you buy any thing with only a few hundred miles and drive is into the thousands, yes your premium has gone right out the window. Its now just another car with a few thousand miles. The cars with a few hundered miles are merely show cars. If you drive them prepare to lose some $$$.
Hope this helps.
