Default Factory exhaust manifold help

Anybody out there have any neat tricks or tool suggestions that help them tighten the 10mm bolts and the 15mm nut that hold the drivers side factory exhaust manifold on. I have the heat shields already on and all of the bolts and the nut started and am having a hard time getting to them to tighten. I have done this before successfully but time, beer and 100 degree heat have made me forget how. Thanks
