Default brake booster removal help

hi
I am removing the cam covers this winter and i know the brake booster has to be removed. I already removed the seat, there are 4 nuts that hold the booster to the fire wall. 2 look easy enough to get but the other 2 look very difficult . does any one have any tips on getting these nuts off?
Thanks

Todd, I just got done doing the same on another guys car.

The two that are easy are the the bottom ones. The inboard upper is fairly simple as well. The nightmare of the 4 is the upper outboard nut.

Basically, use a deep 13mm attach a swivel to that then a 6 or 8" extension to your ratchet.

Then just go in and put everything on the nut and start wrenching away.

It is best to do this by laying on your back with your head in the footwell. I can get a camera shot showing where you need to be.

Also, get the slip that holds the rod onto the pedal assembly now .

Rob, I was only trying to finish what you started, and what Jeff refused to do.

it took me about 1/2 hour to remove all 4 bolts, i took jeff's advise. i did use a smaller drive a 1/4" ,with 13mm socket 1 swivel attached to the socket and a 8" extension. also my wratchet had the handle that bends .these are those cheap "titan " brand ratchets you can get at autozone. they really work great for the price$20 it wasn't too bad. i think it will be a real bitch to get the nuts back on the bolts. someone told me to use plumbers putty /clay in the socket. this will stop the nut from falling. any advice on re-nstalling the nuts?
thanks

Use a medium deep 13 mm and you can get all four easily. Otherwise, a deep is too deep. I just ground mine down an inch.
