Default R-D camber brace

Has anyone tried the new brace for LT5 cars? There is a sale going on. Interested in any input.

I have it on - helps to tie a-arms together, keeps things tighter around the curves - with coil-overs, it handles way better than stock - but you'll need tires that can handle it too!

Cool. Thanks.
Are coil overs a significant step up from stock? Transverse leafs were supposed to be pretty hot stuff.

They make a huge difference on uneven surfaces - less side stepping - much more 'planted'. No cross talking with independent springs.

See my PM. Hopefully it is enough to make your decision.

Im posting this info for the original inquirer plus all pre and post RD Racing Camber Brace installers. This problem only concerns the ZR1, as other C4 Corvettes use a different design bar.
The brace can interfere with the oil filter housing if not adjusted correctly. Some have reported the brace damaged the housing due to contact. Since there are different tolerance between different cars (engine mounts and general spaces) there is the possibility for the degree of this problem to be different from car to car. I dont have the problem, but after some investigating I see what can happen. The bar must be adjusted so there is enough space between the mounting bolt and the housing. The brace connection point is slotted at the housing end, so its possible to get clearance. If enough clearance isnt possible on an individual car, the bolt can be positioned so the one of the flat sides is at the clearance area.
This info should be in the products installation directions so car owners dont damage their cars. I plan to forward this info to the manufacturer.
