Default Ouch !

Man O' Day. I knew I would get slaughtered here. I should have kept my mouth shut. I respect all of your opinions, and should have left the LT4 stuff out. Stay focused on ZR1, 92-93.

You guy's are right. I gave up easy on this one, not my usual MO.

Default ZR1 Upgrade.

92 - 93 ZR1 Upgrade. Is that better? Especially 93. I knew I would get slaughtered here when I said LT4.
It is priced right, not in the basement with a lot of others. Price is firm, and if you are going to purchase a later model ZR1, now is the time to do it.

$26K. Purchased from original owner, he ordered new. Every piece of paperwork since new, including MSO and original bill of sale. Window sticker, build sheet. Original plugs replaced with same new, all fluids changed, new Delco 750 CCA battery, GY GSD3's have approximately 2K miles on them. One glass top, still has factory stickers on it. I put a new GM air dam on. New Bose amps installed by factory, all invoices. Bottom is clean as the top. Rear shade pulls clean to hook. Wheel air sensors all intact and working. No delaminaiton.

That is one clean Z, wouldn't mind having it!

Oh that's right, you need money for it, huh?

DDSLT5 - I understand and that is cool. All you guys are OK in my book. I can handle anything. You guys helped me when I needed fast info on the ZR1, got it here. Helped me with my decision.

Cuisinart - Yes, I will just roll the cash over. I do not finance these cars. I figure another 3 or 4K, and I move up. To me, the past money spent is a given. It is gone, just like a log floating down the river, it will not come back.
I will stay firm on the price, which a lot of Z owners should do. It is not the cars that are driving the price down, it is the guy who flips the
switch. I guess if the Z is stacked with high miles, then anything can happen on price. I may have this 90 a year from now. Not lowering price.
I am not the expert here on ZR1 prices. I just got in, some of you have had more then one Z, and know the market. What I know you could fill a thimble with .

Yes, I just purchased it about 7 months ago. It always gets the thumbs up from guys that know what cool and fast iron is.
I have had 3 boats in 5 years. Same wife since new.

I just wanna say good luck in the quest, Vince!

The logic is sound & if you can have it your way go for it & good luck! Once you have had one of these cars there isn't much out there that can fill the shoes, so to speak. JMHO

No issues, only one of the buttons on sport seats not working. No delamination on the windshield, very nice. Paint is a one footer. Tiny bit of rash on rockers right behind wheels, not noticeable unless you get on your knees and look. Only serviced by professional shop familiar with the LT5. Car is very tight, excellent throttle response, never raced or banged. Clean CarFax, clean NADA vehicle report.

I do not have the pizza box. It is at the original owner's sister's home in NJ. According to him, it is in her attic from two previous moves ago by him. It will be dug out in about 8 months from now, he is building a new home in Sarasota, FL, across the state from me. When her attic is cleaned out, then the box will come with it. He has promised it to me.

Always garaged and covered. I drive it to Vette shows, and at least once a week, 10 miles down Rt.1 and back.
