Default Black and Red (Just Two Common Colored ZR-1s)...

ok...maybe just one of them are common (mine)...Mike's car is sick fast Had a great visit with Mike and his wife yesterday. It was my first trip home to see the damage from Katrina...it broke my heart to see my old stomping grounds like that...(see my thread in off topic about the C5 Flood Victim)...

Must be the angle or my crappy eyesight but the Black one looks wider. Of course IMHO the Black ones always look badder.

Harold,

Great pics, thanks!

Man I would love to have a black 95 for sure!

Maybe I will have an extra 200rwhp when you come back down again?

Great Pic!!!
Looks like ZRWON is lower, did he use the one inch lowering kit you see in the various Corvette aftermarket catalogs?

I can vouch for that too, Mike gave me a ride in ZR-WON at BG. I can't imagine what it's going to be like with the new motor and a little spray

Best et of 10.87 on the old motor(396cid...sold) @129mph....I also did a few passes on drag radials too. That best was an 11.24@ almost 134mph......396cid with stock cams!

I can't wait for the new engine, and plus I will have alittle insurance!

YOU GOT MORE MPH WITH DRAG RADIALS?????? NO WAY!!! Just kidding!!!!! I figured the bias ply tires would rob at least 5 mph on the big end

Cant wait to hook up my "little 427" with your new engine..Its going to be fun!!

PS.. I heard from a VERY reliable Zr1 source...The black ones are FASTER
