Does anyone have a experience doing so? What is the weight? WHat do you tell UPS?

OEM exhaust cannot be shipped by UPS .... I think it is the size constraint.
Aftermarket exhaust (Corsa, Borla, etc.) are usually shipped in two fairly large boxes. Depending on the weight & distance shipped you can figure $50 and up. I suppose that one could cut up a stock exhaust for shipping purposes, but it seems to me that would be counter productive. Hope this helps.

I received my Flowmaster exhaust in one big box. I believe it was shipped UPS and ran in the neighborhood of $65
