Also changing gear boxes 92 / 95 in the 92 you have to pull the detent ring to select reverse, there is no detent on the 95 box are there any problems in this swap other than a lever boot ? thanks for any assistance would any dealer still have these gear lever boots thanks.

hi
newer zf will bolt right up to your 92.i am pretty sure you will have to change the clutch/disk however to the 93-95 design. shift boot is still available from gm but is expensive . around $150

sorry for highjacking the thread, but does anybody know if we have the same bellhousing as L98 and LT1 vettes? I know the input shaft is different, but I am not sure what differences (if any) are in the bellhousing.
