That is the size's I am running on my ZR-1. except that I have 18x11.5 in back with same size tires. But the 18x12 are the better choice.

I think you must mean 545R or 445R wheels.

I have the 445R, 18x10 front with 275/35/18 and 18x12 rear with 335/30/18. You will need to know the tire size before determining wheel size and offset. Make sure HRE knows what size tire you are using and what kind of car it's going on. Find out what offset they are planning to use and see what others with the same set up as you are using. See if you can find out if anyone else lowered their car and used wider tires. My car is stock height and the rear tires were a tight fit. I didn't tell them that I was going to use 335 tires and they built the rear wheels with a 50 mm offset. I ended up using 5/16 inch spacers. This required longer studs which is a big job to change.

The center of my HRE wheels were also a little thicker than the stock wheels. So on the front, which I didn't change the studs, I used those nuts that extend into the holes in the wheels to get more thread contact.

Also be aware that they custom make each wheel and it takes a long time to fill the order. Worth the wait though.
