Default Dr Don's bose repair discount

I called Dr. Don's yesterday and talked to Don. He said he would give Corvette Forum members a discount on CD player repairs. This usually runs $150 and comes with a year warranty but he said for forum members he would give a $20 discount and rebuild the cd players for $130. My cd player is in the mail I just thought I'd give everyone a heads up on this!

Dang... don't think he offered any discount last year when he did mine.

I have a spare amp that needs a once over though. Wonder if he will cut a little off that service too?

He probably would give a discount it couldn't hurt to call him and ask!

By the way Bogus has a really informative post in Electronics covering C4 stereo FAQ that is worth checking out!

cooll!!! have been meaning to get my CD fixed by him, and this may be the motivating factor to now go and get my dash apart to remove the head unit.

anyone here can pinpoint the dash tabs and screws I got to remove to get to the HU?
