Default Xpipe concern

I went to a muffler shop this week that has done some work for me before to ask about putting a x pipe on.The owner who is an ex corvette owner was very abrupt,I,ll do it, you won't like it, and i will charge you double to change it back, plus the cost of a new resonator. The shop was empty but he did not want to discuss. :skep: Was over at Vettte Source talking to Brian and they call a Mieneke shop and they said bring it on over about $155.00 installed.
Sorry for the long post. any opinions here.
Sam

Can't even imagine what was up with the first shop. If he wouldn't even elaborate, it's time to find a new shop.

Sounds like he is over 40. He's obviously not interested in your business. He's done this before with other people and is speaking from his past experience. Maybe he needs a course in customer relations. For what its worth my X pipe lasted 3 days. My wife could hear me 4 blocks from the house. Couldn't think clearly while driving the toy. However, my son who is 18 thought the pipe was great. To each his own.
