Correct way to tune a modified 86
I recently purchased an 86 that has an Accel Super Ram, AFR Heads, and a roller cam motor. Seems to not run up to its potential, checked plugs, fuel pressure, replaced O2 sensor, and checked timing with no change in performance. Pulled down computer box and found a non stock chip, but not sure who it was done by. My question is this should I take it to a shop and let them run a diagnostic or do a dyno pull with wide band O2 read, or something else to check to see where my problem is. THX

I"d recommend the dyno, wide band 02 route.
If you aren't getting any error codes, that's the best way to see where the PROM needs tweaking.
I assuming that there are no mechanical problems or restricted exhaust, etc.

Before you do anything, what is your idea of "..not running up to it's potential.."??
Do you know it ran better before? Is it idling funny, backfiring, no pickup?
