Default Going to change the fluid in my Dana36, what's the best fluid to use and how much of it?

In a few days, when the weather clears up, I plan to change the fluid in my rear end. What brand/type of fluid is the best to use, and also how much of it do I need to get?

Ugh, did you have to ask this one again when it has been asked 10k times before? I know you've seen the previous firefights and pissing contests it causes.

Dana 36: 3.2 pints
Dana 44: 4.3 pints

I use Mobil 1 Synthetic 75W90 and 2 bottles of GM limited slip additive.

I choose to go by what the C4 guy Gordon Killibrew says to do. I would rather er on the side of caution and go with more slip then no slip and destroy the life of my cluches. Life is not all about straight lines. If it were I'd be driving a Foxbody.

Where did you read that from Gordon Killibrew? I thought 2 bottles
( 8%LS additive) would be way too much. I use redline lightweight shock oil
(2% LS additive) and no extra. Works great in my autocross car.
