Is this rear link normal??
I was cleaning and adding some new brake lines and was wondering if this rear link is supposed to be like this. One side is solid but the other has a fitting in the middle:
The link I am talking about is the lower one.

Interesting.. my 95 has one side that is like your upper and the other side both are like your lower.. seems like most early c4's have the same as your upper style and the later c4's have the other style I I Think.. but on further investigation I found a tag on the half shafts on mine and one is from around the time the vette was built and the other said 97... so somewhere something was messed with on my car.. I would think so atleast..

On my '96, all four dogbones are fiberglass(?) as opposed to metal on previous years. I believe both of my lower links have that little thing in the middle as well.
My guess is GM only stocks the later non-metal style, and someone swapped your old link out because the bushings were rotted.

Doesnt look like a stock piece. The lower one should look just like the upper one, but shorter.
