What type of cats are those, where did you get them, and how much? With my manual transmission I've got plenty of room for a pair of those and I could make my car legal

Well, legal if it doesn't have to pass a visual.

All that money and a Fram filter :nono: .
At least it's not a WIX !! As frequently as I change my oil, Fram is ok! Eventually I plan to swith to Amzoil and their filter.

Rest of it looks great. Do the cats get hot enough that far back in the exhaust system? Gives me hope to see another long tube with auto.
The cats work fine. They are close to where the stock one were.

Eddie: That's Exotic Muscle's Shop/ Trevor changing o2 sensor(again)

TJWONG: Thanks Tom for answering Nathans question!

Darkness and BAM: Thanks !!

Beautiful Beast: Just haven't gotten around to the x-pipe yet. Someday!

Strick and Robtx : Thanks ! Hangers came with B&B catback system but are in stock location.

'Yo Vinnie: Thanks to you too!

I live about one mile from Exotic Muscle - great place, great people! Would you mind telling me about how much that set up ran you?

That looks REALLY NICE, especially at the back end... I was wondering though, what is that replacing your resonators?? I've never seen a setup like that... REAL nice though, congrats!!! Now the sound clips are a MUST

John:
Sweet, sweet, sweet. I bought the same system from EM. Just received the header extensions today. They are custom for the CORSA. Does your passenger side header come down lower than the driver side? It looks as if it may. How did the headers affect the sound?

Gorgeous, I'm jealous!

Since the stock cats are near the engine with lots of space for heat dissipation, are you at all concerned that those gorgeous little bullet cats may cook your fiberglass floor pans? How close are they to the fiberglass?

Just curious....exhaust and headers really look sweet otherwise :D

Good luck with the new system:cheers:

How does it sound :yesnod:

Thank you ! Yes, the cats are fairly close - within 3 " from the floor. Some heat comes through but not enough to cook the glass. I am looking into some type of shielding to put in the tunnel. It sounds pretty damn good.

I'm working on the sound clips part. Will probably be next week and I will need someone to post them for me. I am pleased with the way it sounds. I have heard so much about people not liking the "resonance " from the B&B system, but it's not that bad and we aren't driving friggin Cadillacs! Just an opinion!

I may do the very same thing Ziggy! But I didn't install the resonator as you have. I have a Dr Gas X pipe that I had Neal at Dr Gas build for me. I can just shorten the B&B pipes behind the X pipe, relocate it and add the cats in the same location as you have. Then add the long tubes :) I have a bit of resonance but with the X pipe its acceptable now.

Y'all think I could move my non-bullet RandomTech cats to where my resonator used to be??? Looks in his pic like the cats are right in front of his and I have the same cat-back exhaust. I'm assuming from what I remember in holding them that the cats are only as wide, side-by-side, as the resonator is all in itself.

Well, I'm glad to hear that you like it and that the resonance isn't so bad. That's because I'll be installing the same system on my LT4 soon, hopefully within the next week or so. I got mine used and I'm spending some time polishing it up before I put it on. I figure it will be nice and shiney for atleast a week or so!
