muffler eliminator question
hi,
i am considering installing muffler eliminator's on my stock 92 lt1 someone said to me that i would need some sort of resonator tips is this true if so where would i get them and do they replace the stock tips?

You don't "need" resonated tips. It'll be fine without them. But I've got 'em and recommend them as they really mellow out the tone. It's still fairly loud (compared to stock) but won't attract the wrong type of attention.

Are resonator tips the tips just past the muffler? Would I be able to cut mine off of my muffler & reuse them?
