Default Help Needed Identifying Electrical Connector

HI,

I've purchased an '85 base model Corvette that's been a project for some time. I've got most things sorted out but there are two electrical connectors located under the driver's side foot panel that I can't figure out. If anyone can help identify what they are for, I'd greatly appreciate it. I've attached a couple pictures.

Thanks in advance-

Plugs into what?

What plugs into this?

I think thats an extra plug that doesn't go anywhere. But I'm not 100%. Does cruise control, brake lights, etc work and does cruise cut off when you tap the brakes?

Just spitballing, but the first pic is probably the clutch safety switch and the second might be cruise control

You were right, the plug is the clutch safety switch. I'll have to check my cruise control. Don't think I've ever used it so not sure if it works properly or not.

Thanks-
