1990 ZR1 dash in my 92 LT1
I have a chance to get the dash out of a 1990 ZR1, I want it for the tach. I need the high redline... will this plug in? can I just put the tach asembley on my LT1 dash, and leave my LT1 LED display? I cannot put a big tach in the car... I really want the clean, "stock" look for the car. I've searched and found most people do the LT4 dash, or send them to ligenfelter, but I can get the ZR1 dash cheaper than all that... so are there any wizzes out there? I thought about calling up Gordon Kilbrew, but I could spend $300 talking to him on the phone...and probably would...

you have to out the whole gauge cluster in, but it will plug in fine to your lt1 harness and, since its digital, all of your cars info. is saved in the computer, so it will be accurate. :D

So is the LED display the same for all 90-96 vettes? ZR1, LT4, and LT1? It would make too much sense to do it that way... I'm surprised with GM if so!

They are a little different, i think 90-93 were the same style and 94-96 were another but they all work with each other even though they are a little different looking :D All LT1s had 6k tachs and zr-1's and LT4's had the 8k
