No codes come up! Car stalls while driving, idle seems very low then just shuts off! Changed fuel filter & pump. New fuel injectors, opti, wires & plugs have went over every ground wire are all good. I'm lost!

Little advice is don't throw any more parts thinking what might fix it, it can be expensive.
It also might be the ECM, my suggestions is get it diagnose properly, and most dealership more then likely don't have the equipment or knowledge and might not even want you to drop the car off.
I would find a local Corvette Club in your area and ask them who they use for repairs.
If you have hard to find parts try here:

Changed the parts trying to figure out the problem as well as due to age of car purchased with only 60,000 miles everything was orginal on car. Have put the snap on big brick scan tool and no codes!! Only time check engine light comes on when she stalls. I had someone say throttle body, honestly little dirty but not bad thats just looking at it! I just don't get it!

My guess is faulty sensor somewhere. Does the car idle low when parked and then shut off? Does it shut off right away or after warming up? When the car stalls driving, does it start back up or do you have to wait?
I would start with the easy stuff first, unplug every connector under the hood and check for corrosion, plug back in to make sure you have a good connection. Also check your vacuum lines make sure none are leaking.
Surprised you're not getting a code though, a faulty sensor would throw that, so I'm also leaning towards the ECM as well, especially if the problem only happens after the car warms up.

Is the Snap-On scanner OBD1 compatible?
Have your measured the fuel pressure at the rail?
Have you tried the paper clip method of obtaining any codes/DTCs?

Yes snap on brick is compatible. Paperclip didn't give any codes either. If I'm on highway can keep car at nice speed doesn't happen but if I get caught in traffic where I'm on off gas thats when it happens! Sometimes starts right back up other times need to cool down.
