You still running stock rims? 16" tires in wide sizes are not common these days.

Yes but I will be getting new wheels. New to corvettes so I just wanted to know the widest tire I could get and I plan on getting new rims

I have the AFS ZR1 rims on my 85. They are 9 1/2 front and 11 rear. You can then run 275/40-17 on the front and 315/35-17 rear. Fitment is perfect, ride is great. these are 295/35/19 Hankook V12 Ventus EVO mounted on 19*10.5 rims on the back on my '92 coupe
