Blitzur

Has anyone had any experience with a 1995 C4 passenger side sun-visor vibration/loud noise on a convertible? Any ideas how to stop it? I think it is internal to the vanity mirror piece, but I am not sure. It occurs on not so smooth roads, and the speed isn't very specific (between 20-65mph). The car only has 3,400 miles.

Does anyone know how these come apart? How do you remove/get inside these visors?
