Default Broken vacuum line fitting

While trying to connect a fuel pressure gauge I snapped a vacuum line fitting by the passenger side fuel rail.

It's a 92 that has a miss and since I've retired I'm finally able to spend some time on fixing it.

The fitting has thee lines connected to it. Any know if it performs a function other than connecting the three lines? From the looks of it it may contain a valve of some sort. Can't find a diagram online that describes it or a part number.

Thanks

Looks like the heater-a/c check valve, it's a one way valve the goes to vacuum tank that supplies vacuum to operate the blend doors.

Nice job on the pointy yellow arrow. One of these days, I'll have to learn how to do that.

Here you go.

That's a NAPA part number, so check your local store. Costs about $5. And HERE'S the only reason that I know that info.

Thanks guys. I'll do a NAPA run tomorrow, hopefully they'll have one. Strange thing is I broke the line when the car was in the driveway. It seemed to run better with the line broken than it normally has been......

As to the yellow arrow the secret is MS Paint....

Those check valves dry out and break easily. Arrows and circles are always a plus!

Found it at Advance Auto. He cross referenced the NAPA part number.

Now to dig the broken piece out of the line.
